- Folding mechanism functionality
- Structural integrity under normal intended use
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from FoldingBed.sg.
2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

This warranty does not cover:

- Rust or corrosion caused by environment or moisture
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or overloading
- Improper assembly by customer or third party
- Commercial or industrial usage unless specifically stated
- Water, fire, pest, or accidental damage
- Mattress softness preference changes over time
- Fabric stains, odors, or hygiene-related issues
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Products exceeding recommended weight capacity may void warranty coverage.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

6. Transportation Charges
For approved warranty claims:
- Local service transport fees may still apply depending on the issue and location

7. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty will be void if:

- Product was improperly assembled
- Product was used beyond intended purpose
- Product shows signs of misuse or overloading
- Damage resulted from negligence or accidents
8. Commercial Usage
Products used in commercial environments, dormitories, rental properties, offices, or hospitality settings may not qualify for standard residential warranty coverage unless explicitly agreed in writing.
