Warranty Policy

At FoldingBed.sg, we are committed to providing reliable and quality products. Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use conditions.


1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:

  • Metal bed frame structure
  • Weld points
  • Folding mechanism functionality
  • Structural integrity under normal intended use

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from FoldingBed.sg.


2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

Product Type Warranty Coverage
Foldable Bed Frame 6 Months
Recliner / Folding Mechanism 6 Months
Mattress / Cushion Manufacturing defects only upon delivery
Accessories / Wheels Limited coverage where applicable

Warranty duration begins from the date of delivery or collection.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, or paint fading
  • Rust or corrosion caused by environment or moisture
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or overloading
  • Improper assembly by customer or third party
  • Commercial or industrial usage unless specifically stated
  • Water, fire, pest, or accidental damage
  • Mattress softness preference changes over time
  • Fabric stains, odors, or hygiene-related issues
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products exceeding recommended weight capacity may void warranty coverage.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

Our team may:

  • Request additional information
  • Arrange inspection
  • Provide repair, replacement parts, or exchange where appropriate

Warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval.


5. Repair & Replacement

Where applicable, FoldingBed.sg may choose to:

  • Repair the defective part
  • Replace the defective component
  • Provide a replacement item of similar value

Replacement products or parts may differ slightly due to product improvements or availability.


6. Transportation Charges

For approved warranty claims:

  • Local service transport fees may still apply depending on the issue and location
  • Customers may be required to return the item for inspection
  • On-site servicing availability depends on product type and issue severity

7. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

  • Product has been modified
  • Product was improperly assembled
  • Product was used beyond intended purpose
  • Product shows signs of misuse or overloading
  • Damage resulted from negligence or accidents

8. Commercial Usage

Products used in commercial environments, dormitories, rental properties, offices, or hospitality settings may not qualify for standard residential warranty coverage unless explicitly agreed in writing.
