Welcome to FoldingBed.sg. We value our customers and aim to provide quality foldable beds, recliner beds, portable beds, and related furniture products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery or self-collection.
If there are any visible damages, missing parts, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon receiving the product.
For faster processing, please provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
- Order number
- Video during unboxing is highly encouraged for damage claims
Claims submitted after the stated reporting period may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is defective due to manufacturing issues
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrives significantly damaged during delivery
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery or collection
- The item must remain in original condition
- The item must not be misused, stained, damaged, modified, or improperly assembled
- Original packaging should be retained where possible
FoldingBed.sg reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any return, exchange, or refund request.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the bulky nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used mattresses or cushions
- Products with stains, odors, pet fur, smoke smell, or water damage
- Clearance or promotional sale items
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or self-assembly errors
- Commercial or bulk purchase orders
- Products with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Products where dimensions or color variations are within reasonable tolerance
Please note:
- Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor or mobile screen display settings
- Product dimensions may have slight manufacturing tolerance differences
4. Change-of-Mind Purchases
We generally do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong measurement selection by customer
- Preference-related dissatisfaction
- Product not fitting into staircases, lifts, entrances, or room spaces due to customer site limitations
Customers are encouraged to confirm measurements carefully before placing an order.
5. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges may be offered for defective products or approved cases.
Exchange conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Exchange is subject to product inspection and stock availability
- Customers may top up the price difference for upgrades or higher-value items
- Additional transport or delivery fees may apply for exchanges unless the issue is confirmed to be due to manufacturing defects
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, PayNow, or bank transfer
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- Return transportation or collection charges may be deducted where applicable
FoldingBed.sg reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
7. Delivery Damage Claims
Customers must report delivery-related damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Claims should include:
- Photos of damaged areas
- Photos of external packaging
- Order details
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before delivery scheduling confirmation.
Once delivery arrangements, dispatch, or installation scheduling has been confirmed:
- Cancellation fees may apply
- Deposits paid may be non-refundable
- Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
9. Limitation of Liability
FoldingBed.sg shall not be liable for:
- Improper usage of products
- Damage caused by customer mishandling
- Wear and tear from normal usage
- Rust caused by environmental conditions
- Damage due to moisture, water exposure, or improper storage
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage
